OPT OUT RIGHT (NON-VERMONT OR CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS) If you prefer that we not disclose certain of your Information to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures. If you wish to opt out of disclosures of Information to nonaffiliated third parties, (1) call the customer service number listed in the ‘to limit sharing’ section to instruct us not to share your Information; or (2) contact us by mail at the address listed in the ‘to limit sharing’ section. The Western Union Foundation maintains your opt-out choices and donation history in accordance of our retention schedule. If you do not donate again during a fixed time period, your Information, as well as your opt-out choice will be removed. VERMONT AND CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS The Western Union Foundation will only disclose Information about donors with a Vermont or California mailing address to unaffiliated third parties with your written authorization, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. Vermont and California disclosures that are permitted by law without written authorization include, among others, disclosures necessary to effect and administer a donation you make; disclosures to our authorized service providers; disclosures permitted or required by law or disclosures to prevent fraud or other illegal activities. Written authorizations from Vermont donors may be delivered to us at: Western Union Foundation, 12500 E Belford Ave., M1-I, Englewood, CO 80112. Vermont authorizations must contain your name, address and signature and your authorization to disclose your Information to nonaffiliated third parties. You may revoke your consent at any time by calling the customer service number listed in the ‘to limit sharing’ section or by writing us at the addresses provided in this paragraph or emailing at the address provided below. California donors should contact us at the addresses provided in this paragraph for instructions on how to deliver their authorizations. |
